Students of all streams are eligible to seek admission in B.Com. The admission in B.Com is based on marks obtained by candidates in 10+2. Admissions are also based on the cut-off marks in 10+2. Some universities ask for best of four subjects and some total marks scored in 10+2. Any Diploma in engine

No, you can't do B.com After 10th Examination.
Firstly, I have to inform you that the B.com is a 3 year Undergraduate degree course and to get admission in this course you need to complete your 12th examination from Commerce Stream from a recognised University.
