    Company Secretary, as both an independent professional and an employee, is a professionally and financially rewarding career. The CS course is through correspondence and can be completed in three and a half years, and the registration is valid for five years. Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the course.     No Dear,
    You can register yourself for foundation course after your 10+2 examination and not before.
    Eligibility for admission in CS foundation programme candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the central government as equivalent thereto can join the CS foundation programme. There is no minimum requirement of percentage of marks secured at Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination.

    The Company Secretary course cannot be pursued just after 10th regardless for you diploma has. The minimum qualification required to be eligible for the course is 12th pass from a recognized board of studies. The course is divided into three stages:
    (I) Foundation Program
    (II) Executive Program
    (III) Professional Program.
    Candidate who have cleared +2 level of examination have to enroll for foundation program which is followed by executive and professional program. Candidate with Bachelor's degree in any stream (except fine arts) can directly enroll for executive.

    Exam structure :
    There are three stages in CS Course. They are:
