Eligibility criteria for admission is as follows: (a) A candidate should have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution. AND (b) Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognised Board or an Examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent

No, you are eligible to purse ICWAI after 10+2.
ICWAI - Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India managed and conducts CWA course which is divided in to three parts:-
Foundation course
Intermediate course
Final course
The candidate having completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board
