I have completed Diploma computer from Rajkot, Gujarat. Can I get admission in COEP through lateral entry? If yes, please tell the process?

There are separate CAP rounds for diploma students. Apply through it.

Yes, you can get admission in second year via lateral but you have crack the entrance exam which is conducted by the State government of Gujarat and you have to score very good rank.
