I have completed Diploma in automobile engineering 2019. Can I apply for civil aviation? Am I eligible for commercial pilot licence?

If that Diploma is equivalent to Class 12th, and you have scored 50% marks aggregate, then you can go ahead for CPL Training.

Yes, you are eligible for CPL and civil aviation, and as per DGCA your basic qualification to be a pilot is to pass class 12th with physics and mathematics or equivalent from a recognised university or college
