I have completed Diploma in civil engineering. Am I eligible for engineering?

Hi mate, Yes, you are eligible for B.Tech. You can take admission in any of the college which provide lateral entry in civil engineering which will be of 3 years. In a private university, you may get direct admission on the basis of your Diploma score but you need to appear for test if you're applying in government university. I hope I've made myself clear.
