i have completed diploma in Computer Science & Engineering with physics,chemistry,math may i be eligible for B.E in Aeronautical in MIT ?

No. Once you complete diploma in a particular branch, you can only opt for Engineering in the same or related branch. For example: any Mechanical or Aeronautical diploma student can go for Aeronautical but CS can only go for CS.
