I have completed Diploma in electrical engineering. How can I get direct admission in BE abroad?

Unfortunately, Diploma is not considered as equivalent to a degree, and hence doors of institutions abroad for MS are closed for you. But based on your marks of 12th, you can bid for graduation course abroad.
