Since MBA is a Post graduate programme, you first need to complete your graduation and then explore seeking admission into MBA. You could appear for BA via correspondence course and become a graduation in 2 years time. Ensure that you score more than 50% marks at the graduation exam.

Hi There,
Actually, for MBA, basic requirement is 3 year Graduate degree. On the basis of Diploma, you cannot take admissions in MBA. I would suggest pursue your graduation may be with lateral entry and then go for MBA. There are some universities providing lateral entries like Amity, Lovely Profe

No, with Diploma in hand, you can't go for MBA HR. You need to complete a degree level course. MBA is a post graduation degree and is open for graduates only. So complete your degree first. All the best.
