    Hello,
You should hold a Diploma degree from a recognised university. Usually, foreign universities consider 10+2 I. e. your 10th and 12th. There is no free education for Bachelor studies abroad, but you can look for the less expensive tuition fees option. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL and even SAT exam. Can you tell which country options you are looking out for?
