I have completed distance M.Sc in 2014 and distance B.Ed in 2015. Will my degree certificates be deemed valid?

Well, the validity of your degree certificates will depend on the institute from where you have completed your certifications from, and whether the institutes are UGC or AICTE approved. You will be able to get this information from your institute or from the official site of your college.
