i have completed engineering in electrical and electronics and i am will to do my M.S in abroad.I am also looking for free education.Is Germany a good place for me.

Very few universities abroad provide free education. You may at best get some teaching assistantship or some rebate in tuition fee, if you have performed excellently in ur UG course in India.IITs and other NIts in India provide an economical option to do M. Tech in Various branches of engineering an
