I have completed engineering with 56%. I am planning to do my Master's degree in Sweden or Canada. Am I eligible?

With 56% Canada will be challenging. MS is highly competitive and very good academic grades are required. You may find Sweden easier. Also try in Australia, Netherlands, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, etc.
