I am not sure if you can do M.A. In Psychology unless you have done a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Anyhow there is a field of Psychology called Psychology of Fashion/Psychology of Clothing. I believe you can pursue that field if you want to mix up both Fashion & Psychology together. You can
