To get a transfer certificate (TC) from a private university after completing your first year of graduation, you can:

    Write a formal application

Address the application to the principal of the college and state the reason for requesting the TC. The application should be written in a respectful manner and include the date you are writing it.

    Apply online

Some institutions allow students to apply for a TC online. After the application is approved, the TC will be generated.

Most schools in India issue a TC to students who are leaving after completing their studies or who want to continue their studies elsewhere.

    Hi,

You can apply for a TC online or in writing. If you apply online, your digital application will be sent to the administration.

If you apply in writing, you should write a formal and respectful letter that includes the date you are writing it.

The time it takes to process a TC application and issue the certificate can vary. It can take as little as two days or as long as 7–10 days.

If you lose your TC, you can request a duplicate TC. You may need to include a photocopy of your mark list, an earlier TC, FIR, original affidavit, and the prescribed fee receipt.

Hope you get what you asked.
