I have completed full time M.Com in the year 1992. Only two papers incomplete.
Now that 29 years passed by can I complete those two papers now.

No matter which college or university you dropped out from, be it from IGNOU or any other university, you can always continue your education. There are many alternatives by which one can pursue their desired course while wisely investing their time and money in this process.
