I have completed graduation from distance education. Is it considered full time or part time?

I have completed graduation from distance education. Recently i have gone through a interview process for one of the top MNC in IT field. I had cleared all technical rounds. however hr rejected my profile as i have completed the graduation in distance learning. Is distance edu considered part time?

    Usually Distance education is considered as part time only and your degree will not be considered or taken into account. You should be having regular degree and this distance learning degree will add advantage to your profile. I would suggest you to do regular course and then apply for jobs. There are some small companies which can select candidates even with distance education also. but these are very few. What is ur degree which u have done regular.

    Graduation should not be done by distance education(D.E). DE value is less than the direct graduation because of the lack of practical skill. You said IT field but IT is vast please specify!
