I have completed graduation from UPRTOU as it is an Open University. Am I eligible for CAT?

This is a very common concern upcoming. You can apply but you have to really work on your percentile and also then later in gd/pi it has to be impressive one. Though all IIM won't accept and reject the admissions. -
You can sit for CAT but admission into good B-Schools depend from college to college. You need to contact the respective college.
