Dear Rittika,
YES it is right for you.
In case you have passion and interest in HR field definitely the field is for you,
learning tally ERP wont benefit you much in HR but remember knowledge wont go waste,
For regular MBA you need to crak entrance like CET, CAT, MAT etc

As you have done your Graduation in finance(commerce)stream you can go for mba finance .Mba finance from top B.Schools will add great value for your finance career. On other hand Mba H.R also has good scope .So it is upto you to choose between these two specialization.Y
