I have completed HSC in science (UP Board) with 56%. Can I pursue Diploma in computer engineering?

You can directly apply for BE after class 12th science, you just need to give engineering entrance exam like JEE CET and can take admission for BE.
If you are planning for Diploma, then you will get admissions for diploma for 2nd year on your class 12th basic.
