i have completed intermediate n i did'nt do any degree n i am of 23 years old n i am interested in automaobile engineering

without any degree it is very difficult to find any good job but if you want to do it without any degree then you can join any workshop for this purpose , for design you can learn about auto cadd cam this is a tool to learn about auto design
