Hi, UGC NET Educational Qualification Requirement Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.

Hello Rajinder, No, you can't apply for UGC NET Environmental Science. But if you want to become a researcher or lecturer then you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences. As per my views, after completing M.Sc in botany, you are not eligible for UGC NET in Environmental Science, because you have botany subject in your Masters, so you can't go for UGC NET in Environmental Science. If you want to become a lecturer, then you can apply for UGC NET Earth Science.
