I have completed M.Sc in polymer chemistry. Can I apply for Ph.D in foreign countries?

Hi Gaurav, Yes, surely you can. You must search for universities around the world offering PhD in this area, you have to write to them and follow up. PhD programs generally require a supervisor and before you apply they must accept you. I am sure you must know the procedure better.
