7 years agoTo get a job in Bank, a graduation degree is sufficient.
You need to appear in various National Level Competitive Exams to get a job in Banking Sector.
For that, if you want to do MBA then surely go for MBA in Accounting & Finance or Banking if available. -
Lots of exams are being conducted every year, for recruitment to various banks both public and private sector. SBI takes their own exams for posts like clerk, PO, IBPS is conducted by private banks to give jobs in banks like-HDFC, ICICI have something in similar. In addition, there are a few specialist post advertised by some private sector banks and public sector as well since you are going to do MBA. You can get job in bank through campus placement as well, the only thing you have to do is that keep yourself updated regarding various bank exams.
