I have completed MA in personal management and PGDBM? Which subject should I choose for NET?

Hello Avinash, The candidates can apply for UGC NET exam on the basis of their post graduation subject. As you say you have done M.A. In Personnel Management and PGDBM, according to this you can appear for the NET exam in UGC NET Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management and UGC NET Computer Science &amp; Applications. But you have to fulfill the basic requirements of the exam such their education and age criteria. You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters. If want to apply for Junior research fellowship then your age must not be more than 30 years. For assistant professor, the age criteria is not applicable.
