I can help you out to find out a good institute which can provide your doctorate degree that too in part time forum. Sakshi you just need to apply for an entrance exam of lovely professional University which is situated at Jalandhar in Punjab. They do conduct their own entrance exam for Ph.D. which is LPU NEST.
