I have completed Master degree in political science. My marks are above then 55% in it but I was not able to get 50% in graduation.

I am bit confused about. Am I eligible for pursuing B.Ed from IP University or not? If I am applying for this course, what is the eligibility in IP University?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the IPU-CET entrance. Since you have done Master you can show your degree for the entrance which makes you eligible. Even though you have little less in Bachelors but you have good marks in Masters which would be preferred. All the best.
