I have completed MBA HR from India and whether i can get a job in USA or Germany?

You may be eligible to get a job, but it is very difficult to get a job on the basis of a degree in India. There i s so much unemployment there. besides, if you look for a job on the basis of a degree in Germany, you will have better chances.

Dear Yashodhan, Simply completion of your PG is not enough, You need to search where you are willing to work. To work in abroad you need experience. Get some work experience in relevant field then apply in various job seeker website. All the best.!
