As y have done y MBA you can do PHD -
you already have MBA degree , now you have to go in research field , you can do MPHIL or PHD -

As said by you that you are keen to pursue a career in Banking, it becomes difficult to understand that why did you opt for the MBA in HRM and not in Finance / Banking.However, as far the question goes, it is advised that you may opt for the PG Diploma or other short term courses in Banking so to add value of this sector.

Different sector requires different requirements,
you can do SAP in hr which is widely used now a days, and has good market demand and hope it will benefit you,
But do remember the fact that our TALENT and LUCK will determine you where you will work how much you can work.
