I have completed MBA (IT) from Sikkim Manipal University & want to pursue teaching. What type of course should I go for?

Dear, You should go for the exam UGC JRF {NET}. After that, you will be eligible for assistant professor post but UGC had made it compulsory to pursue Ph.D for the professorship. After the completion of Ph.D or along with continuing Ph.D you will get a job in the teaching field.
