I have completed mbbs and i would like to get p.r. in canada in order to do this would you suggest me some graduate courses?

My main goal is to get the p.r. and i have heard about quebec province way to get p.r,can anyone put a more light about this pathway?another query is i have one year post mbbs working experience can i apply for the general practitioner since this occupation is in high demand list in canada.
