I have completed MCA, B.Sc.IT with 1st class. Want to do career in IT-Infra. Should i take SEED RHCE training? is job assure soon after

I have done my MCA and B.Sc.IT from mumbai univsersity having also MCP and MCTS (270) certification. I dont want to be in programming side but in IT-Infrastructure. i want to do training in RHCE wihtout global certification from Seed Infotech. Is ti worthy will i get good job and future after 6 yrs
