I have completed MCA in regular basis.and currently working in a software company.but i want to do MBA.is it a right way?

Hi Sanghamitra,
It totally depend on your interest. As you are from IT field you can opt for MBA-IT.
An MBA in Information Technology Management is a good combination of two very dynamic aspects of any business: Management expertise & Information Technology.
