I have completed mechanical engineering and have interest in teaching field. Which further course should I pursue?

If you want to teach engineering students you must plan education upto Ph.D for career as a teacher. However, if you plan to teach in school B.Ed will prepare you for both Government & Private school teacher's job. With B.Tech Mechanical Engineering you can teach in an ITI and Polytechnics also. If you are excellent in any of PCM subjects you can join any JEE coaching school as a subject expert teacher.
