I have completed my 10 in 2010,unfortunately i hav a gap of 2 years b/w 10 and 12.Will this effect in btech placements?

I was a cbse board student in 10th standered.I got 5.8 cgpa in 10th.Unfortunately i got depressed haviously and was under treatment with a psyciatist.So i have lost 2 years.In the year 2013 i took admission in 11th of in a UP Board school as reguarl.And also doing IIT prepairations from Kanpur.
