Yes, you can do 3 years Polytechnic Diploma in Fashion Design with any recognize or reputed university. I would suggest one of the college in Punjab, which offer best Diploma courses in fashion Design, I.e. RIMT University. http://rimt.ac.in/polytechnic.php.
