Yes, you are eligible for it but since you are from CBSE board the other students will be given more priority than you.

At the first glance, you seem to be eligible. However, the admissions are invariably restricted to students domiciled in the state. Passing class 10th or 12th does not matter if you have a domicile. For more clarity, download the information brochure of your original state as well as
