I have completed my 10th from West Bengal Board and my first language is Nepali. Can I take Nepali language for higher secondary?

    Yes, if your school and board offer it you can enroll in Nepali as a higher secondary course. As one of the regional languages Nepali is recognized by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) and is offered to students as an elective first or second language. You can select Nepali since it is your first language as long as your higher secondary school offers the required staff and curriculum.

    To make sure Nepali is included in the curriculum you should check with the school or organization where you intend to enroll.
