I have completed my 10th in 2014 and haven't done 11th and 12th (PUC). Can I join Diploma in engineering?

You are eligible to seek admission in Diploma in engineering in any Polytechnic college based on your class 10th. You need to meet the other eligibility criteria of the Polytechnic as well.
