I have completed my 12th and I have 10 years of gap. I want to study a degree. What is the process?

I have passed my 12th and got married. Now I want to study further and complete a degree. I am having 10 years gap. Can I do Diploma in ED and enroll for B.Ed after Diploma?

    The process is:
