I have completed my 12th and I'm interested in doing B.tech in nanotechnology. Is it good

I hv completed my 12th and I'm interested in btech in nanotechnology. till date I have only found two colleges offering btech in nanotechnology i.e. srm and amity but the fees in srm is 300000 p.a. and that's just impossible to pay does anyone has some suggestions?
