I have completed my 12th but was not able to qualify NEET exam. Can I get admission in BAMS without learning Sanskrit?

I got 75% in class 12th and 120 marks in NEET.

You can learn Sanskrit in the first year of BAMS, there is an option in first year because everyone do not know Sanskrit. You can get admission by giving state level entrance exam because NEET is not much considered in many states for BAMS. But, now there are no more entrance exams.
