This will depend on the university you wish to apply to. DU doesn't conduct an entrance exam but deducts your percentage for changing your stream, while some other universities conduct entrance exams.

You can apply for a BA Psychology. First graduate from a recognised board. Score a min. 50% in boards. Merit requirements vary across colleges.
