I have completed my 12th in 2012. but due to an accident and following multiple surgeries I could not enroll in any Course. Seeking advice

I have completed my 12th(PCM) in 2012 but I had an accident the same year which resulted in multiple fractures. Due to the complications of the case I had to undergo 5 surgeries to fix it and the last surgery took place in Nov'14. Now I wish to initiate my college education since I am medically fit.
