I have completed my 12th in gujarat And i want to do a non engg science course,please do suggest me a course and if possible the colleges.

As I can see your inclination and choice I would suggest to embrace IT as a career. There are also different branches of IT i.e. Software, Infrastructure, Animation, Gaming and multimedia. Now you are the best judge to decide your interest. I can help you out only after knowing your interest.
