Hi khushboo,
you have so many choices in IT sector like :
B.sc (IT / CS),
BCA
B.tech in IT or CS
except b.tech all are of 3 years and B.tech is of 4 years .

You can go for B.Sc IT, B.Sc CS, BCA etc.
There are many universities that are offering these courses both through regular and distance mode.
Check the websites of some universities.
