    Hi,
Mechanical engineering is called the evergreen branch, but many girls are found not to prefer mechanical engineering owing to the extent of physical work involving while attending mechanical workshops and laboratories. Streams in demand include electronics and communication engineering, computer science and engineering, applied electronics/instrumentation, electrical and electronics engineering, etc. which are conventional streams. New generation streams such as nanotechnology, mechatronics and robotics have better prospects abroad.

Particularly, electrical engineering has more opportunities because it has scope in core sector as well as the IT industry.

    Hello Bindhu,
It's nice to see you are already thinking of 4-years from today. IT, Chemical, are the branches in limelight but the basic branches including civil, mechanical & electrical are always in demand. I suggest you take any of these branches.

    Hi Bindhu,
Don't choose a course that has scope. Choose the course that you like very much and also related to your talents, then only you will reach success.
