    Mahipal for this you need to check with different colleges as every college has a different eligibility criteria. Your percentage is not that good that you can expect a good college in Mumbai.
    Other than Mumbai give a try to universities and colleges at other places too as with this percentage you still can hope of admission in some good institutes in other places if not Mumbai.
