I have completed my 12th with 57%.hsc board and want to pursue career in MBBS as a doctor.plz suggest me some colleges

I have given 12th and have go 57%.want to pursue my career in mbbs but dont have any idea of colleges and i cant afford donation so suggest me some good and affordable colleges or suggest me some similar course?
