I have completed my 12th with 58.85%. I am interested to become an air hostess. What should I do?

Of course, it's possible. In fact training to become air hostess begins only after 12th. What they look for is good personality, command over language and some more. There are plenty of institutes around but I would advise you to go to the one promoted by any commercial airlines or Frankfin.
